Jasmine Absolute DILUTE 5% Essential Oil in Grapeseed (Jasminium officinale)

The jasmine essential oil has been prized, above all, for its scent which is romantic, rich, exotic and makes who smell it feel better. For a long time the oil has been used in toiletries and is used in many of the great, classic perfumes for its sensual notes. For about 1 kg of essential oil it takes around eight million flowers to produce jasmine absolute oil, the flowers are picked at dawn, this is one of the reasons that jasmine absolute oil can be expensive to buy.

The jasmine absolute we sell below is exactly the same oil used to make this diluted jasmine, but this one is diluted in 95% grapeseed oil (vitis vinifera). This is just down to the cost of the absolute oil and makes the cost of this oil much more affordable than the pure absolute essential oil. Diluted absolutes are still very strong scented and ideal for use in aromatherapy and home blending and fragrancing your home, great for use in an oil burner, fragrancer and making purfumes.
