Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched the same day, subject to stock availability and how busy we are. Orders placed after 2:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day. We despatch all orders within 24/48 hours and post them out using Royal Mail or parcel courier depending on the weight and size of the order. Most orders arrive within one to three days. Shipping is charged at £2.39 per order and FREE for orders £30 and over.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most UK Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron and Nochex. You may send your credit card information by post if you prefer. We also accept cheques, postal orders and cash by registered post. Simply order online but select 'Credit Card Details/cheque etc Sent Separately' at the checkout. Full details on where to send your payment to etc are given at the end of the checkout.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders £30 and over.

UK standard deliverys are £2.39 and are posted within 24/48 hours (usually we post the sameday when your order is received by 2pm) and usually arrive in one or three days, but please allow 2 to 4 days for your parcel to arrive.

Europe Deliverys & Southern Ireland: (A None UK Address)

Europe Delivery including Southern Ireland is £19.95 per order.

We ship all Europe orders using standard Royal Mail Airmail or parcel courier (Parcel Force Worldwide, UPS or DPD) depending on the size and weight of your order.

Europe delivery - International Tracked & Signed is £19.95 per order.

We also offer a fully tracked delivery service to all Europe destinations, with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Tracked & Signed is a service offering full end-to-end tracking. Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK giving extra priority and security. We will email all tracking numbers and full tracking details when we ship your order. (This is the fastest service and gives full tracking).

Europe deliverys are posted within 24 hours and usually arrive in 4 to 6 days, depending on your country. We usually ship your order the same day when received by 2pm.

Other Worldwide Countries.

We can ship to just about any country in the world, if your country is not listed at the checkout then please contact us and we will give you a price and details on how you can order.

We deliver your order right away. We will post your order to you in 24/48 hours, usually the sameday when orders are made before 2pm and should be received in one to three business days . International orders are generally received in under 4 to 6 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed straight away with the option to cancel your orde or change items if you would rather not wait.

Powells Aromatherapy will never at any point see your credit or debit card details when making a payment using your credit of debit card on this site, as this information is between you and your own bank or credit card company. We use Nochex to process credit and debit cards, customers are passed to a Nochex securely hosted payment page where you can securely make a payment using the latest credit card security standards. Nochex adheres to the internationally recognised card industry security standards for card security as set out in PCI DSS. Nochex is Level 1 compliant (the highest level attainable).
