Rose otto blend is the same as rose otto absolute, but is diluted in 95% grapeseed oil. The rose otto blend essental oil is obtained from the petals and flowers of the rose bush (rosa centifolia) a small amount of rose otto oil is needed because of it being highly aromatic of all the essential oils, like jasmine and neroli oil it can be an expensive oil when pure and unblended. When aroma is important rose oil is a very popular oil, especially when using the oil in a room diffuser. It is one of the most least of the toxic oils and can be used on children.
